High Frequency Dynamic Pressure Sensor Calibration

High Frequency Shock Tube | 9901C

cal pressure 9901c instrumented shock tubeThe High Frequency Dynamic Pressure Sensor Calibration Shock Tube Model 9901C is used for the dynamic characterizations on a wide range of pressure sensors. The system produces a shock wave by the sudden burst of a replaceable diaphragm mounted in the tube. Utilizing the sensors the amplitude and the timing of the shock wave can then be measured for engineers to calculate the sensitivity of a test sensor mounted in the end of the shock tube. The frequency response and resonant frequency of the test sensor may also be measured as a result of this shock wave.
